Which is more important research experience or shadowing doctors? How can I get a chance to do or help with research??
I am Psychology major and looking for a job.. How can I get a job in hospital that would support my application when I apply for medical school??

Shadowing is much more important. Not to say that research isn't also important, however it is not required by most schools. Shadowing should be the priority, then when you feel that you have an adiquate amount or that you have made a good plan for it then see if you can do reasearch to boost your application.

As far as a job in a hospital there is no one way to get one. Each hospital is different and has different programs and needs, contact the ones in your area and see what is available to you.
