Transfer to us medschools??

I am in the 2nd year of my med school in India. i want to transfer to a us medical school in 3rd year. it is possible ? are there in particular any universities that do accept such transfers?? i will be getting a green card soon.so will that be an advantage?and my dad is a citizen and is settled in us and i want to join my family........ and there are no financial problems too........sorry for so many questions.....
