Interview was via phone call. This interview was very informal. There were no structured questions asked. It was much like talking with your academic counselor.

Nothing really too interesting. The interview was very conversational--I didn't feel as though it was an interrogation. Also, they didn't ask the standard "Tell us about yourself" question.

Interviewed with a Dean, Dr. Syed. He was very informative about possibilities, expectations, timing and ECFMG 7 year rule.

Though they did seem focused on the financial aspects, they also seemed to be enthusiastic about teaching and the success of their students.
