Overall, the people were great. the area was not so desirable to me - i am from a big city. i also felt like six 30 minute interviews was a silly way to determine a good candidate. they seemed too short and superficial. the campus itself is beautiful and the facilities seemed to be great.

The students and faculty were very friendly and seemed to have great working relationships.

Soooo cold! also, my POI didn't bother to ask me anything about my research interests. i left feeling as though he already had a #1 applicant in his mind prior to any of the interviews.
What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

That although it was cold and there was old snow on the ground, dress shoes were not a problem to wear.
