looked at SDN, asked friends in dental and in other grad programs at Western

Finding the density of the ball-point pen -- it seemed asked only to catch the candidate off-guard.
What impressed you positively?
Student panel was honest and the facilities are new and clean
What impressed you negatively?
Having a very cold interviewer on top of seeing 100+ other candidates with you on interview day. Kinda takes some wind out of your sails.

The variation in how interviews were conducted. Other interviews just chatted about flights and hobbies.
