What impressed you positively?
How everyone was really excited about the school. The ''hybrid'' way of teaching. The tour was great! No sales tax in KY and no income tax in TN.
What impressed you negatively?
Just how rural the town was- Middlesboro, KY is a dry county.
What did you wish you had known ahead of time?
Bring your camera's on the tour- they take you to the top of a mountain which gives a view of KY/TN/VA. It's gorgeous.
What are your general comments?
They put all the interviewee's in the same room. Then, they gave us information about the school, curriculum, and showed us the layout of the school. They took us in individually for the interviews. It was very relaxed. The cadre talked with us casually while we were waiting for everyone to finish. We went on a tour of the campus (in a van) and then to the top of a mountain. Came back and said goodbye!
