Really it was a conversation more than an interview to me. Low stress level, they just want to get a feel for the type of person you are, and to see how well you might fit in. Easy atmosphere to show your personality, which I think is a good thing.
What impressed you negatively?
Small library, didn't look like there was a lot of resources there. That is just the appearance though.
What did you wish you had known ahead of time?
Nothing. I'm glad I was prepared for the worst and the worst never came. Afterwords I was thinking "Man that wasn't bad at all".
