What impressed you positively?
The strong research, the cooperative student body, the curriculum, the friendly faculty and staff.
What impressed you negatively?
The medical school does not have its own building, the cost.
What did you wish you had known ahead of time?
The curriculum has existed in this format since 1965.
What are your general comments?
This is a great school. I was really impressed, although it is difficult to envision living in Durham for 4+ years. Most of my interviews focused on what I had written for my secondary application.
What are your suggestions for the admissions office?
I would have preferred interviews longer than 30 minutes each. 45 minutes, minimum, is better.
