Read the website. There is a list of qualities that they check off. I made a list of experiences and what I learned from each. It is strictly behavioral so no research!
What impressed you positively?
The facilities were great! And the staff were very friendly and helpful.
What impressed you negatively?
There were not as many current students walking around talking to interviewees as there were at other interviews I was at.
