They always talk about things as if you are already accepted and will be starting next year (eg. "next year this facility will be available for you")

Boston is a big city, not sure that's were I want to be, and tuition is very high.
What did you wish you had known ahead of time?
How friendly everyone is. There's no stress the whole time you're there.
