"Limited exposure to residents. There was no pre-interview dinner, we only met two residents (who were both great ad enthusiastic about the program) during our lunch break. With so little information about the program online, being able to speak with residents outside of the department is the only way to get a feeling for what this program is really like and we did not have that opportunity. Also, while we were shown around the medical school, we were never shown the hospital or psych wards."

"Check in at 9am. 9-10, Program director gave a very informative presentation about the program and its philosophy. 10-11:30, two interviews, very relaxed conversations about why you are interested in psychiatry/ their program. 11:30-1, Meet with 2 residents, they take you on a tour of the medical school and then take you to cafeteria for lunch."
