"I go to Vandy for undergrad, so I already knew how great the med school is. For people who aren't familiar with Vanderbilt, though, the tour was a bit short. The students led most of the interview day, which was really positive. They really gave it the personal touch that carries over into the whole med school curriculum. FYI - a lot of people think Nashville is a hick town - it's SO not...don't dismiss the school just because of the location - Nasvhille is awesome, fun, great music (not just country), great food, friendly people, beautiful, good shopping, and VUMC is an excellent hospital. The med students have led the nation in student satisfaction for 4 years running - this is a great place!" Report Response
