"It is located in the ghetto. Do not get yourself lost in this area! Park your car in a hospital garage. Most students live pretty far away. This prick gave us a financial aid seminar, where he basically yelled at us because students spend more then their budget allows and get themselves into trouble. "I can't increase your budget.
