"The format of the interview was Horrible! Because it was closed file, we wasted a lot of time talking about stupid things they really should already have known about me. Also, the interviewers were really just reading questions from a list- generic medicine crap that we all have formal answers for. Didn't seem like they care to get to know you. They more want to know if you're qualified rather than fit in within a community." Report Response
