What impressed you positively?

"the curriculum, an integrated MD/MPH dual degree program, Portland, the students, the faculty I interviewed with. There seems to be a strong emphasis on serving the underserved at OHSU." Report Response

"OHSU is not affiliated with a major university, the weather in Portland" Report Response

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

"Do bring a book or something to do for in between interviews." Report Response

What are your general comments?

"OHSU seems like a terrific community. The students seemed laid back, but also hard-working when necessary, and interested in making a positive difference. The curriculum is well-known for its innovation. Portland is a wonderful city, with good public transportation. The MD/MPH program only offers an Epi/Biostats track, but they seem very serious about it, and definitely sold me on the value of that track." Report Response
