What impressed you positively?

"This school has an amazing and unique philosophy-they are so concerned with treating the whole patient. They stress giving clinical experience(learning procedures early on, a lot of feedback on your approach with patients, and a LOT of patient responsibility in the third and fourth years). The school also has very unique programs-namely alternative medicine, ethics, and religion in medicine classes. The people here are fantastic-down to earth, relaxed and happy. Every single encounter I had was positive and genuine. My interviewer was one of the nicest doctors I have ever met, and Ms. Sullivan spent almost an hour successfully convincing most of us how great Georgetown truly is. " Report Response

What impressed you negatively?

"I honestly cannot say anything was negative-my whole day went way beyond any expectations I had. " Report Response

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

"I wish I had brought more money to spend because I forgot how good the shops in Georgetown are. " Report Response

What are your general comments?

"I was interviewed by a young foreign doctor. The interview was entirely conversational and easygoing-in fact I forgot I was in an interview. My interviewer took far more time than he had to in answering my questions and explaining the unique factors of Georgetown. I liked that he was concerned in finding out whether or not the school was a good fit for me, rather than a general inquisition on my activities, grades, etc. " Report Response
