"I would recommend being thoroughly fluent in any research experience that appears in your application, because they'll ask you about it. Even it was a while ago, read up on it because they'll really grill you. When I responded to a question by saying, "I don't know if that has been studied yet," my interviewer said, "So propose a possible mechanism and how you could test it?"
