"I don't know if it was because it was my first interview but I really had fun and thoroughly enjoyed the tour. People were laid back, I was fully enthusiastic about expressing myself and the questions weren't really challenging. It was more like getting to know a friend. I have heard that students at UTMB Galveston are required to go to the prison and treat people there but I think that would only be a good learning experience. After all, you don't get to choose the patients you treat. Definitely go on a tour of a medical school. It will motivate you like no other in realizing how much you want to pursue this profession. At least it did for me. I already know how much I wanna go but touring the school made me picture how things would be if I were actually there, which excited me even more. " Report Response
