"The people: Amazing, simply amazing. I arrived early in the morning and they sent two MSTP student just to pick me up from the airport, drive me around the city, show me the facility, take me to lunch and tell me anything I wanted to know about the U of Iowa. By the end of the interview, I was the last to leave and another MSTP student volunteered to take me to lunch. Also, there was a PARTY( with beer and food) at a student's house on the evening I arrived. It was the greatest time ever because you really get to know the students and other applicants in a relaxed atmosphere. The facility: The new building was probably the most awesome med building I've ever seen. It's got huge windows all over the places and each year has its own study lounge and staircase. ..wow.
