"At first, the city. Not because I saw it, but because of the stereotypes I had heard before." Report Response

"How wrong the stereotypes were!! I'm here now visiting because I was just accepted off the wait list but I didn't think I could be happy leaving California. Seeing the rest of the city first-hand was essential! Plan accordingly!" Report Response

What are your general comments?

"Students were awesome. Faculty interviewer was very nice and professional. He did not try to scare me. If you can, you need to take some extra time to see what the city has to offer. The park right next to the school is amazing!! there are free broadway musicals in the park at night! The zoo is amazing and free! The boat area on the lake is awesome!! The art museum is a must see! The area the students live is is shockingly nice! Just walk a few blocks north of campus, restaurants, bars, and even little shops (but these are expensive). I wish I would have explored more and not had to fly back out, I would have said yes in a second." Report Response
