"Very little diversity, or attention given to the issue (Ie, 2007 class w/ zero black students, 2006 class w/ zero Hispanic students) No office of cultural diversity or individual in charge of minority recruitment. Every other school I have interviewed at has at least made an effort in this regard. " Report Response

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

"Mizzou considers significant patient experience to be a MUST, I lacked this to some degree. One of my interviewers was very judgmental about this during my interview, and was constantly coming back to the topic of patient experience. " Report Response

What are your general comments?

"Overall, I am a little indifferent about the whole experience. On one hand, this is my undergrad school + home state, but I did not feel like anyone was really trying to convince me to go there. Also, as a minority the issue of diversity is important to me, and I feel they lack effort in this regard (ie see 2007 class profile). I will see where else I get into and re-evaluate the school.
