"the sim lab looked pretty cool and the dschool is on the undergrad campus and is really beautiful. also, there are 25 dean's scholarships which is nice. lastly, i like the idea of required externships for personalizing your education." Report Response

"the student tourguide was "pessimistic," as he said. he was very honest with his opinions of the school and reaffirmed some of the things I had heard. for example, there aren't enough chairs in the clinic years (apparently a big complaint here). also letter grades are awarded (not P/F) and only the top 10 students are ranked in each class, which I found very strange and could foster a competitive atmosphere. overall, the class size seemed too big for the facilities, and i never got the sense that the students were all that happy there. lastly, philadelphia didn't impress me much."
