What impressed you negatively?

"Parking. Convoluted Campus. Insular culture. Dated infrastructure/facilities. Slightly "uppity" atmosphere. Basically, my two interviews were very "blah" for lack of a better word. No real interesting, thought provoking or challenging questions, which I would have liked. Almost seemed like small talk similar to what you ask other applicants on interview day when introducing yourselves. IMO the interview should be a "step up" from that. Seems like very little effort on part of interviewers. Interviews scheduled square in the middle of doctor's work days. Multiple delays which were left up to me to figure out, which I thought was unbelievable." Report Response
