"Mrs. Jones brings her 4-year old into a pharmacy in which i'm the pharmacist around 8:30pm and Amanda (the pharm tech) helps her find OTC ear infection meds for her. Mrs. Jones goes home and calls the pharmacy at 8:58pm (the pharmacy closes at 9Pm) Amanda gave her the wrong medication and she's upset and yelling and the baby's crying.
