What impressed you positively?

"Very friendly staff. Interviewers were very friendly and not intimidating - they really just want to get to know you. Very motivated class. High tech equipment. Beautiful campus, entertaining city. Clinic experience starts in first year, including working as assistant." Report Response

What impressed you negatively?

"Classrooms in basement were kinda small but not too bad. At lunch, one dental student told us that there was a stabbing on campus and someone also got beat up behind the dental school. She said safety wasn't that much of a concern but this made me think otherwise. School and city are kind of expensive." Report Response

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

"Not much. Very laid back day. Small group of applicants (only about a dozen). Pasta lunch was very oily though -- would recommend a different lunch order if possible." Report Response

What are your general comments?

"Great school, great people. City/area and cost is questionable. If staying in a hotel, use priceline or hotwire. I got a hotel downtown. Bus system is very good -- I took a bus from downtown to the school and it only took ~10-15 min and took me within blocks of the dental school." Report Response
