"Putting the questions in front of the interviewee was really great! I would continue that practice. If there was anything I felt could be improved, it was the few personal questions about the interviewee. I felt the questions were very open ended and non-specific. I think one of the questions I was asked was, "And what of the modular system we have here at ASDOH?". My initial response was, "Well, what about it?"" Report Response
