"Great...small group of about 8 students. After everyone is checked in, they take you to a small conference room where someone from the program gives an orientation and tried to provide info about the program. Can ask questions, then taken to the first of 3 interviews. Teachers escort you to the next interview. Next is a writing exercise, followed by a group exercise and discussion.
