The residents are well taken care of, with catered breakfast and lunch every day. Morning report was engaging and well-attended. The program director seemed very nice, laid-back, and concerned about the residents. Research is not required. Family-centered rounds. Minimal scut work (bring computers on wheels to rounds, put in orders right away). Huge hospital, serves and community and tertiary care center. Night float system, residents claim they get 3 hours of sleep at least when on call. Lots of opportunities for international work. Report as inappropriate
