What impressed you negatively?:
Little to no chance for away electives. Did not get to meet Dr. DeLisa. Slight NJ traffic enroute to Kessler west (typical for area). Non-categorical, NJMS program should push for categorical as preliminary training at NJMS-Univerisity Hospital in Newark would be phenomenal. Report as inappropriate
How was your interview day? Please summarize.:
Arrival by 8:15, group presentation (overview of program) with PD and light breakfast. 9 interviewees divided into 2 groups, one group for interviews and second for facilities tour, then switch. Lunch with residents was casual and laid back. About an hour of small talk and getting to know each other. I interviewed with 1. Dr. Kirschblum (SCI), 2. Dr. Anan (Peds rehab), 3. Chief resident, 4. Dr. Garstang Report as inappropriate
