Medium sized program with lots of flexibility. Night float and minimal q4 call leaves time for other things--research, advocacy, international work. Residents were laid-back, nice, and seemed really happy. Program seems responsive to resident feedback. Faculty members seemed approachable. Report as inappropriate

What impressed you negatively?:

Living in Sacramento seemed like it could be a mixed bag. The interim program director is likely stepping down, thought residents did not seem to think it would be much of a problem. Report as inappropriate
