What impressed you positively?:
They really emphasize camaraderie here. The program is very large (30+ residents), but they still insist that they treat everyone like family, and it is believable. The residents I met were very happy. The administration is very supportive. As a Harvard program, the reputation is top-notch. Report as inappropriate
What impressed you negatively?:
Boston is expensive, and the weather is terrible. Some people may like Boston, but I'm not a huge fan. Besides the location, this program was easily my favorite. Report as inappropriate
How was your interview day? Please summarize.:
Dinner the night before. Long interview day, starting around 7:30 and ending around 4:30-5:00. Interview day consists of tour with time in OR with a resident, lunch, presentations by several faculty regarding the residency program and research opportunities. There also were a lot of interviews, I think 6. The day ended with a little happy hour-like gathering in the conference room. Cab vouchers provided. Report as inappropriate
