"Location is a negative for me - both in terms of size of Rochester, MN and location in the country. However, Rochester seemed very livable: minimal daily commute times, lower cost of living, everything right there. Really liked the wellness center near the hospitals. Ended up thinking it would ok to be a single person there. Wasn't sure about the pediatric inpatient numbers - seemed quite low. Not sure how addition of fellow will affect peds experience. "
