"Morning report (with breakfast). Talk with PD and Chairman. First interview. Tour. Lunch with residents. Second interview (some people have second interview in the morning as well so are done early). Residents are available to answer questions while you are waiting for your interviews in the AM. Overall, great program with a very supportive environment and great residents. Only program so far where I liked all of the interns/residents and applicants. Will be #1 on my list right now. I was very impressed and Chairman/PD stated that Cornell is putting more money and work into making the pediatric program even better, including expanding the number of beds on the peds floor (one adult wing still there) as well as affording more opportunities for interns/residents. "
