What impressed you negatively?

"The interviewer was only allowed to ask the pre-written questions. She explained that she could not re-phrase them or clarify in anywas. Since the interview was on the phone, she would ask the question and I felt like I was talking to the wall, since she did not respond to my answers and when I was done, there would be this awkward silence. I wasn't sure if she was waiting for me to say something else or what." Report Response
