""What sort of activities do you do for fun, and dont say working with sick kids" (i spend tons of time working at hospitals and a camp for sick kids, so it was appropriate)" Report Response | I was asked this question too

"nothing real out of the ordinary, though one interviewer and I talked about some recent injuries I had involving triathlon." Report Response | I was asked this question too

"I was asked two situational questions, "what is your stance on the distribution of scarce medical resources" and "You have a patient who has terminal lung cancer (6 months to live), and it has been found that he has pericardial fluid, which may pose a risk to his health. How did you prepare for the interview?

"SDN, read up on the school, and talked to a bunch of med students I know there about the school and the area." Report Response

What impressed you positively?

"Everything. Mainly the friendliness of the students and faculty there. The faculty seemed to generally care about the students, and knew a great deal about everyone, not just name and year, but also interests both medical and non-medical. This wasnt a show, after i talked to a bunch of my friends about it, i found it was really how they were. Also, the level of academics and board scores really impressed me." Report Response

What impressed you negatively?

"Some of the facilities werent great, though overall, I liked them a lot." Report Response

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

"I already knew a lot about the school, and talked to a bunch of people, so nothing really surprised me." Report Response

What are your general comments?

"great, UF COM seems like a very close group of friends. I loved what i saw, mainly concerning its friendly academic atmosphere." Report Response
