How did you prepare for the interview?

"The usual" Report Response

What impressed you positively?

"The campus and the surrounding hill country was wonderful. The interview day was very professional and informative. They seemed especially sincere about what they could offer and how they thought they stacked up. The hospitals wherein your clinical training takes place (should you stay in San Antonio) seemed to be great institutions for learning. Even the opportunities in Harlingen have aspects that make it an appealing alternative." Report Response

What impressed you negatively?

"I would probably not want to go to Harlingen. The tour was somewhat inadequate although I had to leave early for an interview." Report Response

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

"It is a large complex, and it is possible that you could get lost. Make sure you know where you are going. (Although everyone is very friendly and willing to point you in the right direction.)" Report Response

What are your general comments?

"The interview day is decent. I would rank it right in the middle of the pack as far as their presentation in relation to the other Texas schools. I really liked San Antonio. I will have to deliberate between this school and Southwestern as to which will be my top choice. The ambiance of the school, the city, and the surrounding area really made a positive impression on me, and I love that they are so close to Austin. This was my final interview, so I can honestly say that this is a very good school and that the interviews are not intimidating." Report Response
