"You are a doctor and you have a hepatitis patient who you know is HIV positive. He is doing really well with his illness but he all of sudden starts to deteriorate. You go in to see him and you see that he has just talked to the chaplain. He is really upset and you when you ask why, he explains that the chaplain has told him that he is ill because God is punishing him for being homosexual? What do you say to him at that point?
