What are your general comments?

"All the applicants assembled within a small meeting room at 8:00 AM. I was suprised to see that everyone was dressed in black as in a funeral. For interviews it is recommended that you wear neutral colors, not necessarily black. Each person was handed a packet that contained a schedule for the day, who our interviewers would be, and information about the admissions requirements. During the first half hour we were entertained by an admissions faculty member. Afterwards, the dean gave a lecture about the history of the medical school, the class profile, and the new Fitzsimmons campus. The interviews started at 9:00 AM and lasted until 10:30 AM, with a half hour break in between. Both of my interviewers were physicians and in their 70s. My first interviewer was writing a lot when I was talking, and did not seem to be too responsive. She eventually warmed up towards the end. My second interviewer was very conversational. After the interviews, we were taken to lunch by the first year medical students, and had a chance to talk with them. That was followed by a tour of the old campus, and finally the new Fitzsimmons campus. " Report Response
