"Somebody else had this one: a situation was set up where there was a husband and a wife, who are both of your patients, and you get results from a test, which tell you that the husbad has and STD which he has told you is from an affair he has had. He doesn't want his wife to know of the STD. What do you do?" Report Response | I was asked this question too
