"(Scenario) You are a surgeon and have a patient who is a Jehovah's Witness. He needs you to remove an abdominal tumor to save his life, but he tells you that he tells you not to give him a blood transfusion because it will prevent him from going to Heaven. You know that, even if you are the best surgeon in the world, you may very well need to give him blood during the operation or he will die. How do you approach this situation?
