What impressed you positively?

"Facilities, curriculum, financial aid availability, how enthused all of the vet students seemed about the school." Report Response

What impressed you negatively?

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

"I wish I had brought a book along. The morning was information sessions and the tour, followed by lunch until 12:30, when interviews started. My interview wasn't until 2:45, and there wasn't really anything for me to do or anywhere to go except hang out in the lounge where we had eaten lunch. It wasn't really a big deal, as most everyone else with later interviews just sat there and talked until it was our turns." Report Response

What are your general comments?

"The interview was very conversational and laid back. There is still an aura of importance and professionalism, but one of my interviewers was cracking jokes a couple times, so that gives you the idea of how informal it was. Also, the OSU website recommends staying at the Blackwell hotel, but there is a Red Roof Inn literally 3 minutes driving distance from the school for $55 a night compared to the $160 or something like that at the Blackwell."
