"What will you do if you aren't accepted this year? (This wasn't actually difficult, it just came at a weird time in the interview and I didn't think I answered it very well.)" Report Response

"I read my VMCAS application again, reviewed the current issues posts on SDN, read the AVMA's ethical policies, and spent time reading through information on the college's website." Report Response

What impressed you positively?

"Everyone went out of their way to make all the interviewees feel at ease. It was a great experience." Report Response

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

"I had a couple of meetings with the Dean beforehand so I knew a lot about the process already. It is nice to know in advance that the committee is only looking at your personal statement and LORs. Dean Brace tells prospective students that the numerical portion of the application (grades, GRE, etc.) is to determine if you CAN "do vet school" and the interview is to determine if you SHOULD do it."
