What impressed you positively?

"The new building is great and there is parking nearby. It is on a medical center campus so it feels integrated with the rest of the health sciences vs. just a stand-alone pharmacy school without connections to a medical school, nursing school, large hospital, etc. Most of all, everyone from the dean to the staff are incredibly friendly and down-to-earth. " Report Response

What impressed you negatively?

"Johnson City doesn't have much public transportation. Tuition is much higher than my state school. " Report Response

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

"That a lot of people would bring their parents or spouse. I felt a little strange being one of the few who came alone!" Report Response

What are your general comments?

"They treat the interview so much like a conversation that I really can't remember many specific questions. It is very low-key and friendly. I found the whole experience to be very personal. For example, I was accepted several days after the interview date by a personal phone call from the dean. I'm not sure if he is the person who calls all accepted applicants but they do try to make you feel welcome. Great experience! " Report Response
