"That they have you do a small writing sample at the end of the day. It wasn't a big deal at all, but it took be my surprise a little bit. They have you write about a paragraph answering two questions: one of them is the same for everyone ("Describe a part of your experience today that gave you a good impression.") and one that is different for everyone (Mine was "What are three qualities that all health care providers should have?" Other people got ones asking about a personal quality that will help them succeed in a dental career, etc.)." Report Response
