🎓 The Basics

Overall, how satisfied are you with this program?

10 out of 10

What was the zip code of your residence in high school?

91001

What do you like most?

Great specialty mentoring. Pass-fail grading during first 2 years with all lectures recorded. The hospital has nearly every residency specialty, and it seems like most of the programs like to match Sinai students. Housing is very affordable and has good amenities, also provides a sense of community since most students live in the same building.

What do you like least?

I felt very little guidance from administration; it feels like it is assumed that you already know exactly what's going on and what to be doing. Will definitely try to sway you towards primary care during the first two years. Very heavily focused on a PC culture, perhaps too much. Can have kind of a clique-ish atmosphere among some of the students, but that is probably true of all med schools.
