✅ Interview Preparation and Impressions

How is the friendliness of the admissions office?

10 out of 10

How is the responsiveness of the admissions office?

10 out of 10

How did you prepare for the interview?

Read SDN interview feedback. Spoke with a faculty member who is also a co-worker and on the interview board at South.

What impressed you positively?

First interviewer was pleasant and conversational. I could have talked with him much longer.

What impressed you negatively?

Second interviewer seemed to have no idea what he should be asking me. Financial Aid session was practically non-existent.

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

The essay topic (professionalism). I had been told it would be a review of your interview experience.

What are your general comments?

The faculty and students are very friendly. Because the school is small, there is a feeling of close-knit family. My interviewers were not intimidating, but I heard others were more thorough.

What are your suggestions for the admissions office?
