The overall friendliness of the students and the faculty. They really want you to do your best in the interview.

To not be pretentious and bring a brief case, like I did. (DOH!)

As stated, I believe the interviewers and others really wanted to make the process as natural and as comfortable as possible. It was very organized and well presented.
