Definitely not like a formal interview! It is mostly tours and you asking questions to bunch of different professors and grad students so have lots of questions to ask is the number one thing!

Read Professor's book, did practice interview questions, made a list of questions to ask.
What impressed you positively?
The cooperation and collaboration in the program! The overall atmosphere, friendliness of the people, and relationship between the grad students and staff. The clinical/research balance and the diversity of opportunities for research and practica. There are hills there!
What impressed you negatively?
Nothing!

How amazing everyone there was.
