PICU not always staffed by PICU attending - overnight crosscover by adult critical care fellow/attending, but it means that resident can do more procedures?; 5. 85 beds (including NICU) on one floor in large St. Mary's Hospital (1200+beds); 6. morning report or conference 3x/week (not daily); 7. will never build free-standing hospital b/c contradicts Mayo philosophy of integration" | More from this Member | Report Response
