What was the most interesting question?

"Mrs. Jones brings her 4-year old into a pharmacy in which i'm the pharmacist around 8:30pm and Amanda (the pharm tech) helps her find OTC ear infection meds for her. Mrs. Jones goes home and calls the pharmacy at 8:58pm (the pharmacy closes at 9Pm) Amanda gave her the wrong medication and she's upset and yelling and the baby's crying. What do you do and tell Mrs. Jones? What do you do and tell to Amanda (who has a history of directing people to the wrong medications before)?"
